Growth Journeys
From launching digital telcos across three countries to scaling startups into revenue machines and mentoring governments on innovation — this is the story of how I’ve helped organizations grow faster, expand wider, and operate smarter.

Careem | MENATP | 2013–2018
I started not in theory, but in motion. At Careem, I was handed expansion targets across MENATP — over 75 cities — and no playbook. So I wrote one. I built city-level launch frameworks, onboarded regional teams, and turned Pakistan into Careem’s top-performing country. We weren’t just entering new markets. We were teaching teams how to lead them. And that’s when I realized: I don’t just love growth — I love building the infrastructure that makes it sustainable.

Chapter 2: Scaling Speed into Stability
KeepTruckin | Pakistan | 2019–2021
At KeepTruckin, I entered a company scaling too fast to breathe. In just 4 months, I grew the Pakistan team from 600 to 1,300+. I opened the Lahore office, cut operating costs by 58%, and laid down operational foundations for IPO readiness. But what I’m proudest of? We brought rhythm into a company running on adrenaline — without slowing it down.

Chapter 3: Betting on Builders
Dukan.pk | Pakistan | 2021
I co-founded Dukan with a clear mission: digitize Pakistan’s small businesses. In under 90 days, we raised $1M in pre-seed, launched the MVP, and onboarded 50,000+ sellers. I built our Sales, Support, and Training engines from the ground up. And then — I walked away. Because the business started moving in a direction that didn’t align with how I define impact. Growth without alignment isn’t growth at all.

Chapter 4: Building a Founder-First Ecosystem
COLABS | Pakistan | 2021–2023
At COLABS, I found something rare: a chance to scale with soul. I helped increase revenue by 45%, achieve 97% occupancy, and launch our third site. But more than numbers, we built something deeply human — a space where founders weren’t just renting offices, they were receiving operational clarity, access, and belief. Because I know the cost of early-stage chaos. I built COLABS to absorb it for others.
Chapter 5: Going Global Again — With Circles
Circles | Global | 2023–Present
At Circles, I was handed an impossible map: Launch 3 digital telcos — in Pakistan, Mexico, and Indonesia — in less than 18 months. I relocated twice, built local teams, led GTM, handled compliance, and turned international strategy into regional execution. From Onic’s launch in Pakistan to wim by AT&T in Mexico and Telkomsel in Indonesia, I’ve not only built launches — I’ve built playbooks that will outlive the role. This chapter isn’t over yet. But the legacy is already in motion.
Chapter 6: The Boardroom and Beyond
Board Member | PITB
While building businesses, I’ve also helped shape ecosystems. As a board member at PITB, I advise the government of Punjab on digital innovation, youth training, and policy transformation. As a mentor, I guide founders through growth bottlenecks, investor strategy, and personal doubt — because I know what it’s like to carry vision alone. I don’t just build companies. I build the conditions that help others rise.
